Christmas Closure Notice
The Student Hub will be closed from 4pm on Friday 19th December until Monday 5th January for the Christmas closure period - cases will not be looked at during this time. The HELP Team will pick up cases upon return to work from 5th January 2026.
Please note, fee/accommodation payments have to be applied to students' records by the Finance Team. If you make a payment after December 17th 2025 please check your e:vision balance after 7th January 2026. If your record has not been updated as expected, please raise a case through the Student Hub after this date.
