Reporting an Absence
Please note international sponsored students (Student Visas) wishing to request an absence period of over 3 days during term-time are required to complete an Absence Request form.
To report an absence from a timetabled session, please click here to fill in the absence report form
Once submitted, your form will be visible to the Programme Administration and Support Service (PASS) team and relevant academic staff. Please bear this in mind and try to avoid generic reasons for absence (there is no need to disclose sensitive details).
