Once your LAP has been created, it is live and visible to your lecturers and tutors. If necessary, it may also be accessed by the timetabling team, Library Accessibility Team, PASS team, and examinations team.
You can view your LAP at any time via the Student Hub to:
Check what adjustments you have in place
See what information is being shared about you
Confirm your LAP is active
Check the dates of any time-limited adjustments
How to View Your LAP
Go to the Student Hub page.
Click ‘Sign In’ in the top right-hand corner.
Log in using your YSJ email address and password.
Click ‘Services’ on the top menu bar.
Select ‘Learner Adjustment Plan’ (the bottom option).
What Information Can I See?
Learner Support Self Declaration
This is the statement you created describing your disability or experiences.
This is the only information visible to staff outside the Disability Support and Inclusion Team. Only DSIT have access to your medical evidence. This is not viewable to other teams.
If you would like to amend this statement at any time, please raise a case on the Student Hub.
Has a PEEP
This slider shows whether you have a live Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan (PEEP) in place.
If you can evacuate independently and safely in an emergency, this should be set to ‘No’.
If it is set to ‘Yes’, you have a current evacuation plan in place.
If you don’t have a PEEP but think you might need one, please raise a case through the Student Hub.

Changes to Your LAP
We do not routinely review LAPs unless a student requests it.
You may wish to request a review if:
Your course, modules, or placements change
Your course level changes (Undergraduate to Postgraduate)
Your circumstances change
Your current adjustments are not working as intended
You receive new information or supporting evidence
To request a review, please book an appointment or raise a case on the Student Hub.
