Suspending or Withdrawing

If you decide to suspend your studies or withdraw from your programme, you should follow the University’s process by submitting a suspension/withdrawal request via Evision. Once this has been updated on your student record the University will inform the NHS LSF of your last date of attendance and the reason for your suspension or withdrawal. The NHS LSF will then determine your entitlement for the dates you were enrolled on your programme.

Returning from suspension

When you return to your studies following a period of suspension you need to ensure you have re applied for your NHS LSF for the new academic year.  York St John University will then be able to update your attendance on the online portal.
