What is a Wellness Appointment?
London Learning and Wellness offers personalised 1:1 Wellness Appointments where you can talk about any concerns or worries you may have.
These appointments provide a space to discuss issues that are affecting you or challenges you are facing. After understanding your situation, the team can offer support directly or refer you to specialised services such as Mental Health Practitioners or Welfare Advisers. We can also make you aware of other teams who can help.

At times when campus is busy it is advisable to arrive earlier than this in case you need any guidance from staff.
Missed appointments
If you do not attend your appointment, then that is an appointment that could have been very useful to another student who needs it.
In many circumstances if you miss an appointment (whether in person or through Microsoft Teams) without giving us prior notice, this will still count as an appointment. Please be aware repeated missed appointments will lead to restriction from the service.
