Spectrum.Life offers a free confidential counselling and wellbeing support service to all students 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

You can talk to them about anything, including:

  • stress
  •  anxiety
  • low mood
  • financial worries
  • loss and grief
  •  relationship difficulties
  • substance abuse issues,
  • and much more.

They will work with you in getting initial help and liaise with the University-s Wellbeing team for ongoing support.
