There is a list of emotional wellbeing resources, including a worksheet, to help you understand and manage your emotions. They can be thought of as self-help wellbeing resources that you can use personally or with people you work with. They are designed by many different people, including autistic people, mental health clinicians, and researchers. Neurodivergent people have many different experiences, challenges, and identities. Please consider what works for you.
The following worksheets have been created to build a shared understanding of neurodiversity in society and increase inclusion and belonging for minority groups.
They are based on research carried out by York St John University-s Dr Stephanie Petty, Chartered Clinical Psychologist and Associate Professor.
