Students can only change groups in exceptional circumstances. The change cannot be guaranteed due to room capacity.

 

Also, some courses, e.g. those in Education, Media Production and some Allied Health courses have groups which are programme specific and it will not be possible to change groups on those courses.

 

If you need to move group, please submit a case through the Student Hub portal (this will then be directed to your Programme Administration & Support Service (PASS) team). Depending on the course, you may be asked to fill out a change of timetable form. For all changes you need approval from your academic staff in order for any change request to be processed.

 

If a group change is for work commitments, you will be asked to provide a letter from your employer stating that you are required to work at the same time as your current class but not all changes will be possible, as stated above, either due to room capacity of specific course groups. Please be advised that work commitments should be scheduled around classes.

 

Evidence may also be requested for other reasons.
