Students can only change groups in exceptional circumstances. The change cannot be guaranteed due to room capacity.
If you need to move group, please submit a case through the Student Hub online portal to be provided with the relevant Change of Timetable document. Please note you need approval from your academic staff in order for any change request to be processed.
If this is for work commitments, you will be asked to provide a letter from your employer stating that you are required to work at the same time as your current class. Work commitments should be scheduled around classes.
Evidence may also be requested for other reasons.
