If the name listed on your certificate is incorrect please raise a case through the Student Hub online Portal. Please include your full legal name, your student number and attach a photo/scan of your ID to this email. This could be a copy of your birth certificate, driver-s license, deed poll, passport etc.
Your award will have been confirmed in the name listed your record; a change of name post award will need to be processed in order to produce a new certificate.
Please note, you will need to return the incorrect copy before we can produce a new copy.
