If we have notified you that your certificate has been posted, and it was not arrived please raise a case through the Student Hub online portal. If you no longer have access to your York St John IT account please call the Student Hub on 01904 876500.

If your address is overseas and you opted out of the paid tracked service, your certificate has been posted via standard international post, this service is not tracked and can take up to 10 weeks to arrive depending on the location. If after 10 weeks this has not arrived, please raise a case through the Student Hub online portal.

If your address is in the UK your certificate will be posted via 2nd class Royal Mail. This service usually takes up to 5 working days to deliver, however this can be up to 14 days during period holiday periods. If we have confirmed the postage of your certificate and this has not arrived within 14 days, please raise a case through the Student Hub online portal.

You are required to keep your address up to date at all times. If you need to update your address you can do this via the e:Vision homepage.

Before we post your certificate to you we will contact you via email to confirm your address. You will be given a week to notify us of any changes to your address, after this time your certificate will be posted to the -home- address listed on your record.
