Shortly after your award has been agreed at a School Assessment Board you will receive an email confirming the details of your award, your final marks and all credits accrued during your time at York St John.
In the absence of a certificate the students official award letter should be sufficient confirmation of award for employers or education providers.
We are unable to provide your certificate before your award has been confirmed.
Digital certificates and supplementary transcripts will be released to students when their award has been approved by the School Assessment Board (SAB). They can be shared with third parties as a verified record of results and award.
Students in receipt of an award eligible for graduation will receive a hard copy of their certificate at their graduation ceremony.
Only one copy of your certificate may be in existence at any one time. We recommend that you do not send your official certificate to employers, accreditation services etc.
If you require a copy of this to send to an employer or for accreditation we advise sending a certified copy of your documents, you can order multiple certified copies of your certificate via the Online Store if you wish.
If the digital copy and/or certified copies will not suffice, please raise a case through the Student Hub online Portal. You will need to include your full name, student number and reason for the request in this email.
