Campus facilities and policies

Room booking: Students are not permitted to book rooms at the York St John London campus.

Campus timings: The campus is open from 8:30am to 8:30pm., Monday to Friday.

The campus is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and on national holidays.

ID card policy: It is compulsory to always wear your student ID card inside campus facilities.

Postal services: You cannot use the University address to send or receive post or parcels.

Bag and luggage policy: Bags or luggage cannot be left unattended inside the campus. The University does not provide locker services for students.

Prohibited activities: The use of alcoholic beverages and smoking is prohibited inside the campus.

Campus access: The York St John London campus is a student-only campus; friends and family are not permitted inside. Children under 18 years cannot be left unattended in the common areas.
