Your mark in Moodle is your -uncapped mark. If your marks on e:Vision, or your progression statement, do not match what you can see in Moodle, this may be because your final mark is subject to a sanction. Sanctions are normally applied for the following reasons:

  • You went over the word limit for your assessment
  • you submitted your work after the deadline, and/or you had academic misconduct confirmed on your assessment

Another reason why your marks may not match is if you resat an assessment. For resits, the highest you can get for your overall module mark is:

  • A capped mark of 40 for undergraduate/graduate level modules
  • A capped mark of 50 for postgraduate level modules

My mark in e:Vision or my progression statement is wrong. What should I do?

In the first instance, you should check the feedback on your assessment in Moodle. This may explain why your mark in e:Vision, or on your progression statement, is different from what you see in Moodle.

If you still have questions, or think your grade in e:Vision or on your progression statement is wrong after checking your feedback, you should talk to the Module Lead or raise a case through the Student Hub online portal.
