What to do if you lose your university accommodation keys

If you have lost your accommodation keys/access fobs, these can be replaced for you.- Please visit the Porter-s Lodge on our York campus and they can create replacements for you. The costs for replacements vary but can be up to £20/£25 per key/fob.

Locked out of university accommodation

If you have locked yourself out of your flat/house or room, then please contact our Security Team on our York campus who can let you into your room/building.
