What to do if you lose your university accommodation keys
If you have lost your accommodation keys/access fobs, these can be replaced for you. Please visit the Porter's Lodge on our York campus and they can create replacements for you. The costs for replacements vary but can be up to £20/£25 per key/fob.
Locked out of university accommodation
If you have locked yourself out of your flat/house or room, then please contact our 24 hour Security Team on our York campus who can let you into your room/building.
