I have an issue with my accommodation invoice
Your accommodation fee invoice should state the dates that fees relate to. We try to ensure that all accommodation fee instalments are approximately equal. If a student arrived after Arrivals Weekend or has moved rooms to cheaper or more expensive accommodation during their tenancy then this can cause variation. You can look at current and previous invoices via e:Vision:

If you still feel there is an error with the fees you have been charged then please contact the Accommodation Team by submitting a case through the Student Hub online portal. It would be helpful to include a screenshot or attachment of the invoice so we can check the fees against those on our system.
